Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit on our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days, so we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent.
