Welcome to my apartment :-) The apartment is recently renovated and it ́s located in the heart of Malasaña lively neighborhood. You have bars, restaurants, groceries, trendy shops, galleries, gym and all types of services in the area, but also close transportation if needed. Metro Noviciado (L2) and metro Tribunal (L1 and L10) are just around the corner, as well as many bus lines (2, 3, 46, 74, 147 and night buses) and plenty of rental bike stations nearby. Although in the city center, it is a quiet property as it is located in an antique courtyard, so no need to worry about the noise. It is on the second floor (out of 3) where it is not possible to fit an elevator. It is fully furbished and carefully equipped, so I believe it has everything you need for a great stay, with details such as smart tv, hair dryer, microwave, washing machine, hot water kettle, ironing equipment (probably not using it that much, but there it is, just in case!), AC, etc. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. The place is an open space with living room and kitchen together, a double room and a smaller single one (with no doors) and the separated bathroom. The smaller room can be used as storage and/or working space, but also has a single bed, which could be really convenient to receive some friend short visit during your stay. Supplies (electricity, water and internet) are included up to 100€ per month. There is NO administration or agency fee (typically one entire month) in my apartment, as I handle it directly. Deposit is required (sorry, had a bad experience earlier), which will be fully returned to you at the end of the contract, if no damage is caused to the apartment....
