Miguel - Avenida de Roma Train: 2 min walk (200m) Estação Roma-Areeiro Flat description: Comfortable 4-bedroom flat on the first floor (bureaucratically it is on the ground floor but in practical terms it is a 1st floor because it is very high), featuring 1.5 WCs (one without a shower) and one ensuite room with its own private bathroom. The living room includes a TV, and the kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The building also has a lift for easy access. Room: This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a spacious wardrobe and a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Even though there’s two doors in the pictures of the room, one of them is sealed and there’s no access through it. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels.
