Our new beautiful property features large window panes that glare natural light into the space, high quality furniture, a fully equipped kitchen to cook comfortably, and everything you bring to it! We offer visitors to the Neckar city a temporary home away from home. The building is located directly at the "Quartier am Turm", a still young residential area, which was formerly used as an industrial area and inspires with a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodations are fully furnished and modern with a double bed, desk, chair, TV, private bathroom, kitchen, utensils. Some important information for you to know in advance: - Registration (Anmeldung/Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) is possible and you can extend your stay with no extra costs. Please be aware that in order to register you need to be deregistered from any other address you have in Germany! - no postal service in the building. Please rent a P.O. box outside. We will be happy to assist you with more information about where and how. - A cleaning service is included every third day in the rental price. Our cleaning service will clean and replace your bed sheets, towels & of course clean your apartment. - There is a wash room with several washing machines and dryers on the ground floor which can be used via an app. The cost is 2 euros per wash or dry program. - kitchen equipped (among others) with fridge, sink, two induction cooktops, cooker hood, outlet on the wall - All of our accommodations work with a key-free check in and therefore you will have to use an app that will allow you to enter without needing a key! - minimum stay: 2 months; maximum stay: 6 months - Check ins take place from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Sunday. You receive online your pin code and check in with your phone! - Deposit is not required for your reservation. - This room is suitable for 4 people Please be aware that our prices change due to seasonality, therefore your monthly rent will differ based on the month of your stay.
