To join our co-living space, we require a minimum stay of 3 months, a deposit of one months, and payment for the first month (or proportional) upon arrival. 📑We require the following: ** If you are a student: Present your tuition and proof of financial means. ** If you are a worker: Provide your paycheck and proof of financial means. ** If you do not have a salary: Payment of the entire contract in full (6 months + one-month deposit). Additionally, please note: ** The rooms are for individual use only. Couples and pets are not accepted. ** The room offered is No. 6. You'll be sharing the space with friendly, fun, creative, and enterprising individuals—perfect companions for socializing or enjoying activities like watching soccer matches. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
