This apartment is in great location and offers you everything you need for a great stay in this city: it is centrally located, very light, near a park and yet close to a traffic hub - which takes you literally in a few minutes to the vibrant parts of Berlin. The flat is on the 4th floor, in the back building and thus very quiet. It is part of a traditional Berlin building with high ceilings, wooden floors and is fully furnished. The bills for electricity, gas, water and internet are included in the rent. There is a wide choice of supermarkets and health food stores near by. At less than 10 minutes walk there are an olympic indoor swimming pool, a hospital, medical center, restaurants , cafes and bakeries. There is no dedicated parking, on-street parking, however, is free. The apartment consists of a hallway with mirror, shoe rack and wardrobe hooks. It leads to the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, shelves, a clothes bin and the main room: here there is a generous table that doubles up as a desk, 2 chairs, a wardrobe, two big shelves and a few smaller wall-mounted shelves, a comfortable couch chair, and black-out curtains. From the main room you enter the kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, washing machine and shelves and storage units. There are bedding, towels, and crockery.
