There is a a beautiful wooden floor, high ceilings giving plenty of room to breathe, and large (isolated!) windows letting in lots of natural light... All over many plants give a vibrant vibe and life to this place! The 80m2 appear much larger thanks to ideal room distribution, the high ceilings and the expansive kitchen-living room.... Details on the rooms: - KITCHEN LIVING ROOM as the focal point of the apartment. Very spacious, cozy, with stucco, equipped with a large dining table with bench & 4 chairs & 1 stool for relaxed get-togethers. Large windows/balcony doors facing south provide plenty of brightness. Kitchen equipped with washing machine (& integrated dryer), dishwasher, induction cooker & stove. From here you can access the balcony as well as the living room through an open transition. - LIVING ROOM with large corner couch, additional sleeping option on a 1.40m mattress (otherwise another chill corner), also facing the street with large windows, therefore very bright. - BATHROOM with shower & toilet. - HALLWAY with access to all rooms. - BALCONY facing the street. Very small, but south facing. Access from the kitchen/living room. - BEDROOM located at the back in the quiet courtyard. Double bed (1.6mx2m) Super nice neighbors, very relaxed house community :) Very tastefully decorated - plant lovers are in demand, watering & giving love would be great :) Internet is provided via WiFi.
