The location is perfect, right off of the bustling and populated Franklin Avenue with a variety of trendy coffee shops, cafes, bars, mini markets and supermarkets. This home is steps from the 4, 5, 2, 3, and Shuttle trains, as well as Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, and the B48, B45 and B49 buses. ‎ Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement.
