The property is close to Betis Street and the riverside and is one of the best areas of the city. The apartment has 2 floors and offers around 40 m2 with a mezzanine floor. You can find a spacious bathroom, a small inside yard, a beautifully furnished living room, and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor of the apartment. The bedroom area is located upstairs. This apartment is ideal for 1 person, though 2 could live as well however, it is recommended for just one person. The metro is just 20 meters away from your loft and you have everything that you could need in proximity such as supermarkets and shopping areas. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
