This apartment is newly renovated and completely brand new, offering everything necessary (furniture, household items, electrical appliances, decorations) for a seamless move into a charming and delightful space. Occupying an entire floor and positioned on the corner of General Palacio Street with Escaño Street, the apartment is flooded with natural light. Each room boasts an exterior window and one of its notable features is a spacious terrace, perfect for shared enjoyment among all residents. With a total of 9 rooms, including seven double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a complete suite with a double bed, private bathroom, and terrace, the apartment provides a comfortable living arrangement. There are three full bathrooms available for shared use. Additionally, the apartment features a fully equipped American kitchen office, complete with electrical appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine. All essential kitchenware is provided, along with designated laundry and storage areas. 💢💢💢💢 Booking in summer (June, July, or August) minimum stay is 1 month. The rest of the year is a minimum stay of 4 months.
