The flat was built 2 years ago and repairment just finished in the middle of 2023, so you'll be the second person who actually lives here. The flat it's in the extraordinarily great position of Friedrichshain: clubs, bars, supermarkets, peaceful parks and great public transportation - all of this is within a short walking distance. It's fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need for a great stay. You'll have a nice bed with a latex mattress (you will not want to get up from it), and a bright living room with a comfy sofa for lounging and watching movies on the beamer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker as well as everything you will need to cook if you want. The kitchen is stocked with a basic set of herbs, and salt in order smoothly start your new life in the city. The Understairs closet has a washing machine and some space to store your belongings and the storage room in the cellar provides you extra space. The apartment is on the fifth floor (it has an elevator) with huge panorama windows overlooking the Spree River and Treptover Park, making it the ideal place to catch the morning sun while you plan your day, with excellent views of green trees, river, rooftops, church spires, tv-tower, and the Berlin skyline. You have your rooftop (20 meters) with the staircase directly from the flat, where it's perfect to have a grill with your friends, make yoga or enjoy the sun while laying in the hammock. My neighbourhood (Rudolfkiez) is famed for clubs, bars, cafes, parks and fast direct links to the airport (41 min), Alexanderplatz (21 mins) & Hauptbahnhof (25 mins). You’ll be very close to supermarkets (4 mins walk), and everything else you need. At the same time, it's close to Stralau peninsula and Treptower Park where you find a lot of nature. The price is included internet (100 Mbit) and electricity. Registration is possible. You can rent the flat for up to 11 months, with the option to extend.
