✨ ROOM 4 ✨ IMPORTANT: in this room you can enter only through the bathroom (this bathroom is shared only with one student!) ✔ROOM SIZE: 16 m2 ✔RENT: 350 EUR + extra costs/month -EXTRA COSTS: usually around 70-90 EUR/month/room including cleaning service twice a month, utilities (water, gas, and electricity), common costs, internet -The cleaning lady comes twice every month to clean the whole flat and to change your sheets ✔BEDROOM: double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, 2 sets of sheets, 2 towels, duvet, pillows ✔KITCHEN: wall unit, sink, dinner-set, glasses, mugs, cutlery, fridge, dining table, chairs, stoves, oven, washing machine, dishwasher ✔SHARED BATHROOM (shared with only 1 student): tub, sink, toilet -There are 4 bedrooms in total in the apartment The flat is located in the famous Raday utca, main Universites, like ELTE, Pazmany, Semmelweis, BME, Corvinus are all super easy to reach! In the street you will find restaurants, cafes etc. Please acknowledge that we handle multiply parallel inquiries per room. We handle each request individually. If the room is not free, we offer another room. We rent out to students and only make contracts for the following periods: ✔Period 1: February to July (6 months) ✔Period 2: August to January (6 months) ✔Period 3: August to July (12 months) We show everything at the check-in. We sign the original copy of the rental contract and take over the (amount of 2 months rental fee) deposit. We manage all the utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs.
