Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the Cologne City Centre! Our flat is located very central in the Altstadt Süd. From here you are in walking distance to Cologne's sights, shopping, bars and restaurants. If you are visiting the Cologne Fair, within walking distance you can catch the tram No. 9 and will be at the Messe Deutz after only four stops. Also the Cologne Business School is in walking distance to the apartment. You will have a bright room with a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 metres), a working desk and a big wardrobe all to yourself. The apartment has 90 sqm in total. It has three bedrooms. The first big one of 23 sqm is only used by you. The second one will be used by me, but only when I'm in town, so maybe once a month, somethimes less. The third room is rented out either also through housing anywhere to one other tenant or sometimes through another booking platform, then there might be up to three guests. However, those guests tend to only come home to sleep, so that you will mostly not see them. Highspeed WIFI is included. The apartment is located in the Altstadt Süd. It is a popular, centrally located district, close to the Zülpicher Platz. The area offers a very good infrastructure with many shops for every need, varied gastronomy, bars and nightlife: 150 metres to Rewe City supermarket (open till 24:00 hrs) 130 metres to bakery Back Werk (open also on Sundays and holidays). In walking distance you have very good connections to public transport: 130 metres to the tram lines 9, 12 and 15 "Zülpicher Platz" 350 metres to the tram lines 16 and 18 "Barbarossaplatz" 600 metres to the Regionalbahn "Bahnhof Süd". Please note that though the room has a big bed, I will only accept bookings from single persons.
