Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) It is a beautiful apartment completely renovated, furnished, and equipped located in the center of Barcelona a few steps from La Sagrada Familia. The Finca is located in an area surrounded by squares, commercial premises, restaurants, and health centers. The apartment consists of a day area comprised of a bright living room connected to the dining room, an open kitchen, and fully equipped with appliances of the last generation. The living room has an exit to a practical balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the city. The night area has a complete bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with wardrobes and a double bed. These are of the folding canapé type for extra storage. Besides, the apartment has two comfortable desks, perfect for work or study. The flat is in a modern style Finca with an elevator, with high ceilings and laminate flooring adorned with typical Catalan mosaics. It has air conditioning and heat pump heating. It has an Internet connection by wifi, TV included in the price. It is in a quiet area and very well connected with the rest of the city by metro, bus, and taxi. A few steps from the Sagrada Familia metro station.
