My place is a sunny, quiet penthouse with a large L-shaped terrace at the 4th floor of a building which still retains its charm of the 60s in the semi-central residential area of Gyzi-Ambelokipi (Metro St.) in the capital city Athens, with a view on the nearby hills of Lycabettus (green hill-park at 5 min walk) and Hymettus, well served by Metro & public transport and a variety of shops around (supermarket next-door, fruit and vegetables and pharmacy in the same bldg). Once you are up in the terrace, the plants and flowers will make you feeling like being out of the city and you will be able to relax and sunbath on the chaise longue. The house is cozy with all comforts, stylishly furnished with love and items from many years spent abroad in several countries, mostly in Asia. It has been recently renovated, still keeping its original character of a typical Athenian “retiré” and it will give you from the beginning a feeling of “being at home”...just love it & it will give you back lots of positive energy! You will have also a tapis-roulant to keep you in good shape! Happy stay in Athens! The bills are included in the price, while the Electricity one has a limit of 100 EUR of MAX monthly consumption. The tenant needs to clean the house & terrace weekly, otherwise the cleaning can be done by a trusted lady every two weeks for a monthly extra cost of 80 EU...
