Your contract includes housekeeping, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, drying machine, iron, dishwasher, and more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is up to us. All electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance expenses are included in the price, with no surprises. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (2 with shower), 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 4 bedrooms. If you take the metro station in front of the basilica and one further uptown (Hospital de Sant Pau), you can be at Placa Universitat in 10 min and the Ramblas in 20.
