Spectacular and big apartment located in a nice and quiet neighborhood as Patraix, close to the downtown, and very well connected by metro. This 130m2 apartment is renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 5 bright bedrooms , all of them equiped, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The kitchen area are fully equiped with all the commodities, and also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI. For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 5 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Gas: 15€/month -Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately.
