Hi room-mate, i am renting out the guest-room of the appartment. Since i live in Austria with my wife, i will be in the flat only about 10 days per month. The room is around 10 square meter in size and suited for a shared place for working people. The room is fully furnished with a queensize bed, dresser, mirror and a small table for a laptop. The flat is 63 square meters in size and offers all the necessaties you might need. washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with hair drier, small balcony. The apartment is right in the center of Munich and surrounded by a lot of green parks. It is located only 3 minutes from the Tram and U-bahn station Lehel (U4 & U5). It's only 5 minutes to Marienplatz by bike. The Englische Garten and Isar are also only a view minutes away. I am 39 years old, work as an MD in Munich. I communte on a regular basis from Salzburg to Munich, where i live with my wife. I will be in Munich around 10 days per month for work. I am an easy-going person, i surf at the Eisbach, like to chat with people, i am open-minded....
