The apartment is located 4 metro stops from the Duomo. On the fifth and top floor without a lift, it is very bright and quiet. The district is full of shops, supermarkets (opened 7/7 24 hours/24), restaurants. Very well connected with public transportation, the metro MM3 Brenta is just a few meters from the flat. The apartment includes 2 separate bedrooms one living room and one spacious kitchen. In case of long bookings (over 2 weeks) the maximum number of people allowed: 3. It is compulsory to comunicate guest's ID for every guest staying for more than 3 days. In case of breach of this rule the renting will end and deposit not returned. On top of the renting price you are requested to pay an avarage use of utilities (gas and electricity) monthly. At your departure payment of all utility consumption will be adjusted based on your real consumption during your staying. Any small repairment under 10 euro ( ie bulbs change) are in charge of the guests, refundable at the end of location if noticed in advance.
