Nice and bright two-room apartment located in the heart of Milan. The flat consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The flat has a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Located a few steps from the metro stop "Repubblica", it is served by all means of surface **IMPORTANT SPECIAL CONDITIONS ** For this apartment, the following rental conditions apply: 1) electricity is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, and internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only a passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also a VISA or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay). RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that. - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
