The apartment is located in Mitropoleos Square, in Plaka in the center of Athens, in a very peaceful neighborhood, with an amazing view over the Acropolis. It is up to 130 sq.m. and it is set for 7 guests. It is fully renovated and modern decorated, the renovation was completed in January 2019. There are 3 separate bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, toaster). The living room is really spacey with a 55" smart TV and two sofas in a row that leads to the kitchen. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets of top quality. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free WIFI! Syntagma is the closest Metro station. Live like a local in the most central place in Athens. All the attractions, the monuments, the bars, and the restaurants are within a couple of minutes' distance! Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
