The modern kitchen has built-in appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, electric, and microwave oven. All kitchen appliances are available. Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required.
