Upon entering you will find a comfortable and cozy living room, decorated with warm tones. The sleeping area consists of 3 spacious double rooms, each room has a desk so you can work or study with peace of mind, plus chest of drawers and closets where you can store everything you need. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment has wifi, and air conditioning. Its location is unbeatable, in the surroundings you will find everything you need, from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies to squares and parks. We find the apartment a few steps from Paseo de San Joan, where you can go for walks or outdoor sports as well as enjoy the varied gastronomic offer along the entire promenade until you reach the Plaza Tetúan and then to the Parque de la Ciudadela. The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the station "Girona" (L4), 5 minutes from Verdaguer (L4/L5), 9 minutes from Tetúan (L2).
