Bathroom with shower/wc. There are 2 high wardrobs for the clouthing in the hall. Towels and bed stuff are provided. ANMELDUNG is possible. For Anmeldung you need to have the retal agreement and the confirmation from me that you have moved into the flat. The security depoist payment 1960 euro needs to be done in advance. If you book with a short notice it has to be paid the latest on arrival before you get the keys. If only one person book the flat it will be one key handed over. For 2 people will be 2 keys. More then 2 people are not allowed in the flat. For the keyset will be a security deposit of 50 euro each. You will get it on moving out and returning the keys. The rent is 950 euro per month for one person. For the second person it is 30 euro extra, so will be 980 euro for 2 person. The rent includes central heating, gas, and cold and warm water. The electricity and internet need to be paid extra you need to inform in advance if you need internet. Preferably if you book with no internet and later on you can order it by yourself from any provider what is cheaper. Preferably if the tenant take a contract for electricity and internet on his name. When you make a booking request please note, that the ending of the rental contract is possible only by the end of the month. So please make your booking until the end of the month.
