It is fully airconditioned, furnished with a king size bed (160x200cm) for fabulous rest with beautiful dreams and a work desk with adjustable lighting (and - for larger projects - an additional extension desk on request). The room has also two spacious closets with hangers, bed sheets, thick quilt and FASTEST INTERNET IN THE AREA (VDSL 50Mbps) etc. The comfortable three-room apartment is located in the heart of Athens, on the 4th floor of a corner building. It is just one minute to the Polytechnic (National Technical University of Athens), five minutes walk to the National Archeological Museum, eleven minutes walk (800 m) from the Athens University (Law School) and thirteen minutes walk (1000 m) to the Athens University of Economics and Business. It is also situated seven minutes from Omonia Metro station and just two minutes from the nearest bus station. There is also a modern bathroom with shower cabin, hot water, towels, hair dryer and small lockers. The kitchen is equipped with a two-compartments refrigerator, with freezer, a ceramic kitchen with oven, tableware, cutlery mags and cups, pots, frying pans etc. ,tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, microwave oven, Iron with board and Vacuum cleaner.
