The property is located just north of Prenzaluer Berg and has a convenient M1 tram bringing you into the city centre (Alexanderplatz) in only 30 minutes. If you can provide a copy of your Schufa, please send it through. Once we are satisfied with your information we will send you confimation through the housing anywhere website, you are then required to pay the first months rent and then , separately pay the security bond into our bank account.
