Before stepping inside the 65 square meter home, head upstairs to discover a dazzling rooftop pool and solarium overlooking the cityscape. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment inspires awe right from its very entry. Through the front door, an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space is revealed. Nearest the entryway is Kasba’s kitchen, boasting utter modernity. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils. Before transitioning into the dining area, the kitchen concludes with an elongated island, complete with a two-person breakfast bar. In the center of the room sits a six-person dining set with an artful, canvas ceiling piece hanging overhead. The open-concept space concludes with the living area. Designer furnishings and a full entertainment system round out the salon. Three French doors line the room and lead to a radiant balcony overlooking the building’s greenery. On either side of the entertainment system are two doors leading to Kasba’s bedroom and bathroom. The door to the left reveals the bedroom and dedicated workstation. Keeping with the Amazigh tradition, classic symbols are displayed above the ergonomic workspace. At the other corner of the room is a queen-sized bed covered in organic textiles. The left wall offers built-in storage. The door to the left of the bed leads to the final hallway. Through the remaining door is Kasba’s bathroom. Spacious and contemporary, the bathroom offers a double vanity and all-glass, walk-in shower.
