The room has an excellent layout. It is fully furnished with a bed, desk with chair, a clothes rack and a drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils and dishes are available. There is a table for all the tenants in the flat in the kitchen. The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower. From the kitchen and the bathroom, you have an amazing view over the centre of Stuttgart. The location of the flat is ideal, no matter whether you have a car or not. Parking is easy. The next busstop is only 5 minutes away and you can reach the next S-Bahn station (Schwabstraße) in 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets and a gas station are also close by, you can do all your daily shopping without having to use a car. Close to the flat, you have access to a large forest - ideal for walking, running or mountain biking. We regularly have people from different countries living in the flat. Currently, they come from Denmark, Peru and Germany, which makes for a nice international environment. Altogether there are three flats in the house. It is located in a dead-end street and thus very quiet. You get the best of both worlds, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and quick access to the centre of Stuttgart...
