Upon entering you will find a spacious living room very bright. The living room has a comfortable sofa ideal for relaxing or watching your favorite series, plus a large dining room for four people. The living room has access to a nice terrace completely outside where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms; one complete with a bathtub and a toilet. The apartment also has a practical studio, ideal for working or studying.
