The living room has access to a beautiful and sunny terrace of about 26m2 fully furnished, ideal to enjoy a long day of study or work. The flat has air conditioning and heat pump heating. The flat is located in Casanova street with Florisablanca street in the district of Sant Antoni. It is a residential area par excellence and has all the necessary services a few steps away from the property such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars.
