Upon entering you will find a spacious and bright living room with access to a large terrace of about 25 m2. The kitchen is integrated and has all the utensils and high-end appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, and fridge. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a full double bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wifi. The apartment is located in one of the areas with more projection of the city, between the streets Aribau with Córsega. In the surroundings, you can find all kinds of services, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants. The nearest subway stop is Hospital Clinic (L4) just three blocks from the building where the apartment is located.
