Upon entering you will find a bright living room decorated with great taste. The living room has access to a nice balcony completely outside ideal to enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and is American-style. It has all the utensils and high-end appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, and ceramic hob. The sleeping area has two bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and fiber wifi. *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in the district of Sants-Montjuic in Poblesec, specifically in Poeta Cabanyes street. This is a very quiet and residential area. In the surroundings, you can find all kinds of commerce such as supermarkets, pharmacies, stores of all kinds and restaurants. In addition, the apartment is located a few minutes' walks from the beautiful castle of Montjuic, an ancient military fortress that has countless tourist attractions such as viewpoints, sports facilities, museums, gardens, among others. You can also reach Plaza España in a few minutes. The nearest metro station is Paralel (L2 and L3).
