It has excellent communication with public transport and surrounded by shops. The day area consists of a large living room decorated with excellent taste, with exit to a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying a few drinks at the end of a long day of study or work. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances. The night area has three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds, and one has a single bed. The rooms share a complete bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has parquet flooring, heating, air conditioning and wifi. Its location is excellent—a few steps away from the Entença metro and all types of public transport.
