The apartment has a bright and cozy feel and offers all the comforts of a ''premium''. The condominium offers all the security and privacy you need to fully enjoy your vacation. Guests can frequent all the facilities, including the garage, garden and pool. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. All are equipped with air conditioning. → Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table for 6, plenty of light and a balcony. → Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms, two full and one toilet. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. We wish our guests an excellent vacation, but always respecting the neighbors' night rest. If the equipment is turned off, our staff will be notified.
