The apartment is located in one of many Lisbon's hills, about 15 minutes away from Santa Apolónia train/subway station. Take advantage of the opportunity to live like a local and enjoy life in a typical Portuguese residential building. → Building The building is located at the top of a hill, after all, Lisbon is known as the city of seven hills! The apartment is about 80m2 and is on the second floor. The building does not have an elevator, but we guarantee that you will be rewarded with a wonderful view! Ideal for couples or small families looking for some pleasant days in Lisbon! You can easily walk around the Alfama neighborhood or even go to the beautiful and legendary Baixa Chiado. Due to its age, the building presents some inherent challenges such as poor soundproofing, an outdated plumbing system, and a tendency towards humidity, especially during periods of heavy rain (we advise airing out the spaces frequently during your stay). Ongoing construction works in the building with no timetable for completion. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms: a suite with double bed (160x200 cm); an interior room with double bed (140x200 cm) and a small window, and a third with a single bed (convertible to 2 single beds with 80x200 cm each). → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. → Living / Dining Room The living room has a TV, an inviting sofa, a dining table for 4 and a splendid view of the Tagus River. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooktop, oven and coffee maker (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building and take into account its antiquity and poor soundproofing. Due to its age, the building presents some characteristic challenges, such as a certain propensity for humidity, especially during winter and periods of heavy rain. We advise airing out the spaces frequently during your stay to refresh the air and prevent odors resulting from moisture buildup. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
