It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking for some good days in Cascais, with all the village's main attractions just a few minutes away. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms with queen-size beds, two have balconies, and one has a marquise. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one is complete with bath and shower and the other with shower only. → Living / Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox.
