The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator (elevator is temporarily out of service!). It boasts plenty of natural light and stunning views over Lisbon. Perfect for business travelers, couples, or small families seeking a delightful stay in Lisbon, with all the main city attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. → Bedroom The apartment features one bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a balcony offering an amazing view over the city and the river. → Bathroom The apartment includes one bathroom with a shower. → Living Room The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed next to the window with its beautiful view over the neighborhood and the Tagus River. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, and filter coffee machine (coffee not included). Good to know: → The building has two elevators, although they are currently under maintenance. Access will need to be temporarily made via the stairs. Additional Info: → The property is 'Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. On your departure, please place the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. → The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs an advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Due to Lisbon being an old and historic city near the Tagus River, plumbing odors may be expected in older buildings. This circumstance is beyond our control and rarely occurs, but it is a possibility when the river tide changes. → Construction works are underway on the building. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
