It was renovated in 2018, partly 2024. There is a bathroom with shower, wc, sink, washing machine; living room consists of a kitchen part, sitting area and a bed with "pull out" extra bed. It has central heating, 24 hour hot water, high speed wi fi, possibility of tv connection. A lot of practical storage space and all custom made furniture makes studio convenient for a longer stay.
