Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! All of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like heating, electricity, water and internet. Services / facilities that are INCLUDED in the price: - heating, electricity, water - high speed internet - security (camera surveillance) - bicycle parking spaces - community manager - great location - *laundry room (including washing machine & dryer) *Please note that although a common laundry room is included in the price, the costs per washing cycle / program are paid individually (2,80€ washing machine & 2,50€ dryer) and are therefore not included in the overall price. Additional services / facilities that are NOT INCLUDED in the price: - parking space What exactly does “fully equipped” mean? Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges. Furthermore, those that do are sometimes shared and therefore more than one room may have access to the same balcony. The exact details of each individual room within the apartment can be seen on the according floorplan, which is included in the pictures. We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin. This location is lined with numerous historic buildings, shops, restaurants, and residential houses. Along the Hohenzollerndamm, you will find a mix of residential and commercial buildings. The architecture varies from elegant old buildings to modern structures. Some of the magnificent buildings date back to the Wilhelminism era, while others were built in the Art Deco style. Additionally, the Hohenzollerndamm offers convenient access to public transportation. The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110. The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl and there are also plenty of cafes and shops around: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale and more.
