The living room has two sofas, a 55“ television and a balcony overlooking the street. The apartment comes fully furnished and the kitchen fully stocked. Home appliances are included in the apartment: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, television, lamps, and lights. The apartment has renovated original floorboards and double-glazed windows.
