Renting our single rooms in house flat share means You will be living 50m away from main Dunajska street in a green, safe district -in an individual house. District Bežigrad Ježica - is well known to be green and safe. There are no crowded concrete residential apartments buildings as they are in other parts of Ljubljana. Which means, no crowd. Pure nature. Clean Air. But still close to everything.. 250m away from are bus stations in both directions. Busses number 6,8,11,21 will be at your service every 6 -8 minutes to drive you to center and then anywhere you want. Big (17m2) Cosy double bedroom for exclusive 1 person use (even though it has two separated beds ) with shared bathroom and shared kitchen is free for rent in Bežigrad area near City Beach & Camp Laguna, If you will study on faculties Economics, Education, Public Administration, Social Science, Gea College...you will be 5min with bike away or few bus stops drive away as these faculties are only 3 km away. In another words - perfect location - 50m Dunajska main street & -250m bus stations in both direction -100m bar with great coffee & 200m bakery with pizza to go -800m groceries, banks, ATM, fast food that outperforms McDonald's with their eyes closed... -public renting bike service (called Bicikelj) - 200m natural sports park near River Sava for jogging and outdoor fitness -200m tennis academy &- 800m horse riding center This room is 17m2 - and part of split- floor (2 x 60m2) 4 Rooms house apartment unit nb.1 . All 4 rooms in this app unit 1 are big double rooms with two separate beds but meant to be rent to ONE person ONLY via this platform!! We recently renovated our second family house and decided to rent out the entire house to international clients, students, interns, digital nomads, young working professionals. We were once tenants and students and we know how we felt when we could not find a nice, cosy, quiet place where we could focus on our work, study, or project. That is why we created this House. For clients who treasure nice, clean, peaceful places to stay. We wanted you to feel at home while staying, working, or studying in Ljubljana. House is entirely available for tenants, we are there present daily to take care of the house, and the beautiful green garden around the house. House in general has 8 rooms (10-11 beds) on three floors - semi ground flor, main ground floor, and first floor. Each floor has around 60m2. In the house, there are 2 kitchens with a dining area where you can hang out with others and 3 bathrooms in total. Semi-ground floor do not have its own kitchen and bathroom so two rooms in that sleeping semi ground floor gravitate to one of the kitchen on the ground floor. House consists of two separate apartment units that share only the main entrance and the main hall with stairs. All rooms have individual 90X200 beds with mattresses, chair, desk and a big wardrobe. In general, House consists : - 3 Rooms which are single beds rooms, and - 5 Rooms are big double bedrooms - but can be rented to only one person only via this platform!!. These big double rooms can be rented by pair only if they are rented outside of this platfrom so final and max persons in this apartment unit nb 1 can be 4-6 people as some tenants might coming from diferent places and not through this platform. This room big double (17m2) bed room exclusively for one person use , located in the main ground-floor of our House, and its part of apartment unit nb.1. This apartment unit nb 1 has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, located in the main ground floor. kitchen which has plenty of counter space , you are sharing with other 2-3 rooms (max 3-5 people beside yours). Max 2-4 people besides your room will use the same bathroom. Other bathroom is activated when there is full apartment of 6 people. On this main ground floor, there is just one additional room (besides this one mentioned in listings) ,and kitchen and 2 bathrooms as described. 3rd and 4th Rooms are located in semi ground floor and are part of this apartment unit nb 1. As said this is 4 Room split floor apartment unit meaning that you will be sharing this apartment unit with another max 3 rooms (3 -5beds). And you will be sharing the main entrance and main hall/stairs with other separated apartment unit's apartment nb 2 tenants. We know what you need for a good staying and we want you to feel at home. And we want to give it to you! In front of the house in nonfenced parking space for a limited number of cars. If you plan to come with a car, rent a place asap as we run of parking places every year! There is no option to park the car for free in close vicinity in neighborhood anymore. As we have more beds than parking spaces, you need to NOTIFY US in your inquiry if you will be also renting a parking space as there is no free alternative to park a car in the nearby area. Each client will have their own bright room equipped with everything that is needed for studies. The entire house has the same custom handmade, tailored interior equipment. We made it by ourselves and we are very proud of that. Washing machine and wi fi are available. This offer for the big double bed room (separated beds ) are for one person who treasures peace and privacy and includes: bed and matress for one bed, chairs, desks, wardrobe. You bring your personal stuff like pillow, blanket,/cover and linen. In the Kitchen, there is an electric stove and an oven/microwave to use but if you plan to cook (not all of our clients do cook as they mostly eat outside on students coupons or order in or use bakery and fast food on the go) please be informed that you either buy here or bring with you the items (cutlery) you will need for cooking. There are basics available here but in our experience, every person wanted to use their own. House is isolated and so offers nice climate - meaning so WE DO NOT NEED AIR-CONDITIONS. That is why AC we set as nonexisting - cause we do not need one. Washing machine and wi fi are available. This room has also (free of charge) cable line for a internet as extra. We think the Best thing about our accommodation is the green area and the Location itself. It is like a safe and nice green pearl in Ljubljana, with everything at hand when you need it. Like with everything in life not everything is for everyone. And we are ok with that. We are looking only for perfect fit personality tenants who treasure living in a clean, and nice house community with other good people, who have no financial issues regarding on-time rent payments, who are capable of maintaining our house CLEAN all the time while they are living in it, who cleaning after themselves takes literally and seriously who are responsible and take care of the property as their own, who love nature and active way of life outdoors.
