Room The room has a large window and on the floor there are nice floorboards. Also, there is already a new closet and a bed what you can use. In total it is 15sqm2, painted white and with the big heating you can make yourself comfortable.

The apartment and also the room have been freshly renovated. Even a new kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, wall cabinets, etc. are installed. See photos. The tiled bathroom is equipped with stand WC, bathtub and hand basin and is daylit.

 Location The apartment is located between the Treptower Park and the Plänterwald. It is therefore central and you are still very quickly in the green and on the Spree.
Supermarkets, S-Bahn, bus etc. are within walking distance.

 To the Spree: 1000m To the next supermarket: 400m
 To the S-Bahn station Plänterwald: 600m To the bus: 20m
 To the outdoor clubs (Birgit&Bier, Badeschiff, Club der Visionäre etc ;-) ): 3km (10 min by public transport)
 To the universities in Adlershof: about 20 minutes by public transport
