The room has an amazing view over Stuttgart and is fully furnished with a bed, desk with chair, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils and dishes are available. The bathroom is newly renovated and offers a bathtub with shower. From the kitchen and the bathroom, you also have a great view over the centre of Stuttgart. The location of the flat is ideal, no matter whether you have a car or not. Parking is easy. The next busstop is only 5 minutes away and you can reach the next S-Bahn station (Schwabstraße) in 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets and a gas station are also close by, you can do all your daily shopping without having to use a car. Close to the flat, you have access to a large forest - ideal for walking, running or mountain biking. We regularly have people from different countries living in the flat. Currently, they come from Denmark, Peru and Germany, which makes for a nice international environment. Altogether there are three flats in the house. It is located in a dead-end street and thus very quiet. You get the best of both worlds, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and quick access to the centre of Stuttgart...
