This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Spacious and bright apartment of 130m2 located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It consists of a spacious modern living-dining room with a long and spacious balcony, and an American kitchen with an island fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven. The apartment has two beautiful fully equipped double rooms, one with a balcony and a single room for a more comfortable stay. The apartment is renovated and ready to move into. Nearby is the Liceu metro stop and Plaça Catalunya (L1 – L3) Green and Red Line), there are a number of nice restaurants in the area, as well as some bars and many shops.
