In front of the building, there are parking lots (paid), and you will be able to stall your bike here. Here, we offer you a comfortable stay, where you can enjoy excellent living conditions, amongst fellow international students or expats. When you enter the building, the apartment is situated on the ground floor. Here, you will find several areas, such as the kitchen, the bathroom and the restroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and other facilities, such as a fridge with freezer and a stove. There is also a washing machine / dryer combi available for your use. Moreover, the bathroom is fully tiled and includes a shower, toilet and a wash basin with a wall mirror. Furthermore, there is a spacious, private and green garden at the back of the apartment situated for the people who love enjoying the fresh air and having green fingers. The room: Both rooms are located on the ground floor, one at the front side and one at the backside of the apartment which gives entrance to the big backyard. The large windows allows direct sunlight into the rooms, making it a very light and enjoyable place. This accommodation comes with high-quality equipment that is needed to study and relax, including a double bed, a desk, a desk chair, a wardrobe and a storage cabinet. We provide you with all the facilities necessary, from towels and bedding to the entire kitchen equipment, so that you are able to directly move into your Rotterdam home, without bringing anything other than your clothing and a toothbrush! Location: Located in a lively neighbourhood in the ‘Feijenoord’ area in Rotterdam, this accommodation is solely intended for international students and expats. The football stadium of Rotterdam is nearby the accommodation. Here, you can watch soccer games or experience a music concert. The ‘Varkenoordse Park’ is also around the corner; a green area where you can enjoy the good weather. If you decide to buy a bicycle, you have the ability to relocate quickly and efficiently. In the neighbourhood, you will find supermarkets, local shops, drugstores and restaurants within a 5-minute cycling distance. If you would rather travel using public transport; there is a bus stop on a 3-minute walking distance while the ‘Rotterdam Stadion’ train station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. From the bus stop, it is only a 20-minute ride to Erasmus University or the vibrant city centre. All with all, the apartment is very well located for all your needs and wishes. Shared responsibility: We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care. Finance: The monthly rental price of 1370 euro includes the furniture, water, and internet. Furthermore, the advance service costs for gas and electricity will be for your own account. You can choose your own supplier. The payment that is labelled as the ‘First month's rent’ will be regarded as the rental payment for your first full month of stay, as this amount is based on the duration of stay of one full per calendar month. Check in/out date: as stated in the tenancy agreement, the rental period officially starts on the 1st day of the month or halfway through the month. This means that if you, for example, if you wish to book an accommodation from February 3rd onwards, your tenancy agreement will officially start on February 1st. After the booking an additional payment request will be sent for the one-time administration fee of 299 euros.
