Everything is there in my apartment: the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom. My apartment is located in a completely new and vibrant quarter of Vienne - the Sonnwendviertel. The main railway station and the new business district with the Erste Campus, the Vienna Icon, the new head(hidden) of the Austrian Federal Railways and numerous branches of international corporations are in immediate vicinity. Thanks to optimal transport connections, you can quickly get to the city centre, but you are likewise get swiftly to Vienna's Schwechat International Airport . And whoever comes by car - a place for your car in my garage is guaranteed for free. The apartment is fully equipped: kitchen appliances, dishes, washing machine, vacuum cleaner... and, above all, plenty of storage space, so that you can stay as a couple for a longer period of time without any problems. Bedding, new in the living room is a pull-out sofa bed. My apartment is optimally integrated into Vienna's transport network, it's about a 10-minute walk to the main train station, or you can reach tram line D in less than 5 minutes. Der Hauptbahnhof und das neue Geschäftsviertel mit dem Erste Campus, dem Vienna Icon, der neuen Zentrale der Österreichischen Bundesbahnen und zahlreichen Niederlassungen internationaler Konzerne liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dank der optimalen Verkehrsanbindung gelangen Sie schnell in die Innenstadt, aber auch schnell zum Flughafen Wien-Schwechat. Und wer auch immer mit dem Auto kommt – ein Stellplatz für Ihr Auto ist in meiner Garage garantiert. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet: Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger... und vor allem viel Stauraum, so dass ihr gerne und ohne Probleme zu zweit auch über einen längeren Zeitraum bleiben könnt. Sie erreichen die Straßenbahnlinie D in weniger als 5 Minuten. Vom Hauptbahnhof bis zum Flughafen Wien benötigt man etwa 20 Minuten, mit der Linie U1 etwa 15 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt....
