Your own self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. Sizes start from 22 sqm upwards! The studio is located in the heart of Darmstadt – in one of the liveliest and most exciting student centres in Germany. You could not live more centrally in Darmstadt: in just a few minutes you can reach the university or the main train station. The TU and the city centre are also close by. Look forward to a bustling life in the middle of the action. - What's included All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure bike storage facilities We offer you safe storage facilities for your bike. - Roof terrace Enjoy the views from our roof terrace while tackling that revision or assignment. - Courtyard with green areas There is a courtyard with green areas for you and your friends to use. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - Maintenance If things break or go wrong in our buildings, we'll fix them quickly and cheerfully. - Security For the safety of our students, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. - Complete furnishing Each studio is fully furnished, so that you'll lack nothing. - A 150 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in - We are renting only to students! - For rental contracts shorter than 6 months, 7% VAT applies on the apartment rent. This increases the rental price. - Before a booking is confirmed from our side we will need a picture of a valid photo ID, a picture of a valid Visa for entry into Germany and a picture / upload of the “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung / student registration” - Parking spaces are available to rent, additional costs will occur. This can be booked once the contract is confirmed. You don ́t have to pay a cash deposit upfront. Instead, you can use Garentii deposit insurance to protect your landlord.
