Luxurious and spacious 3BR apartment in Utrecht Transwijk HIGHLIGHTS - Fully furnished, you only have to bring your suitcase(s) - Excellent finish and well cared for (renovated in October 2020 ) - Shoppingmall from walking distance - Free parking right outside the door A SHORT TOUR When you enter the apartment you will see a premium kitchen with everything you need to make a nice meal. This includes a Quooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hub. In the living room you will find a big couch, beautiful dining table and a smart HDR 4k television including Netflix on it. Also you will find an airconditioning to keep it cool during hot summers. Two bedrooms come with double boxspring beds including bedding and towels, wardrobes and desks. There is one bedroom with a one person bed(which can be folded into a two person bed). There is a separate washing room including tumble dryer and washing machine. The bathroom is has a new walkin shower. Lastly, there is a balcony in the living room where you can sit down possibly have a smoke(if you do) and enjoy the sun. LOCATION Utrecht Transwijk is a neighbourhood in the 'Southwest' district in Utrecht. Outside the apartment you will find enough free parking space for your car on the parking lot. In 10min by public transport and 15min by bike you will find yourself in the city center of Utrecht. Within walking distance you will find grocery stores, shopping mall and natural parks. FINANCE The price includes: Water, Internet, Netflix and monthly cleaning. Please be aware there will be a one-time fee of €250 for the entire stay. Only the energy bills needs to be assigned to the new tenant. Also, if you choose to pay the rent six months in advance, you will get 3% for free. Additionally, if you choose to pay the rent one year in advance, you get a whole 5% of the total rent for free! SHARED RESPONSIBILTY We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care and maintain this standard. Once a month, a cleaning service will stop by to take care of the regular cleaning tasks in the common areas. We do this because we are aware of the fact that you are rather busy doing other things in this wonderful country and we want to make sure that we keep up with our high standards inside the residences.
