There is a fully equipped communal kitchen (oven, kettle, microwave...) with a balcony for morning coffee, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a reliable wi-fi all over the house and the garden. The house has a private, green garden where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy day. House is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5 minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the other.
