On the 3rd floor, with no elevator, and fully prepared to accommodate short and medium-term stays, our Nest in Bonfim is the perfect apartment for everyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat in the center of Porto. This flat includes a lovely balcony and a small mezzanine where Digital Nomads can find a desk to carry out their work from home. The kitchenette is equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The storage area has a closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer. Just nearby, our guests will find a Vietnamese Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a small Grocery Store, and our main office, open Mon to Fri from 09 AM to 06 PM, less than 5 minutes away from the apartment. Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and Campanhã’s Train Station). Parking on the two streets adjacent to the building is free. The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.
